Current recipients of this scholarship will be given priority over new applicants. These lessons may be virtual or in person, depending on local circumstances.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining an instrument, and for arranging transportation to and from lessons if in person lessons are agreed upon, or a web camera and internet connection if virtual lessons are agreed upon.
