I began serving my church as a pianist the same year I made top student. The next year I also became the accompanist for the school choir, a position I held until my high&nbsp;school graduation. Here I expanded my repertoire to all genres, even improvisation!&nbsp;I was hired as an&nbsp;assistant&nbsp;teacher at another music studio, and began taking my own students at age 16. I received honors in every festival in which&nbsp;I participated throughout high school. At graduation, I performed&nbsp;a full solo&nbsp;recital, including Impromptu in A-flat Major by Schubert, Arabeske in C by Schumann, Sonata in C minor (Pathetique) by Beethoven,&nbsp;and my personal favorite, Berceuse by Chopin.&nbsp;I continued my training at Brigham Young University, until I left university life to start my own family here in Gardnerville, NV where I currently teach.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\">I also play the organ. I expanded my horizons to the pipe organ when I was about 15. My training is in sacred music, mostly accompanying for worship services. I also studied&nbsp;organ at university and have served as an&nbsp;organist for my congregation.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\">Other musical training I have received includes voice, violin, clarinet, and flute.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\">I love music, and I love sharing.
